What do I need to start?

A CV in PDF or Word, a LinkedIn PDF, or a quick spoken brief with Talk.

Which sectors and countries does it cover?

Any sector with companies in the Gulf, across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman. For each candidate you choose which countries to prioritise and which to leave out.

Does the company see my candidate?

No. shrtlst never contacts companies or people, and the pitch never names your candidate. You decide what to send, and you send it.

Does shrtlst send the pitches for me?

No. Copy the pitch into LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, your email or whichever tool you already use, then mark the company as Proposed to track it.

Is my candidate’s data safe?

The CV is used to build the brief, and companies receive nothing from shrtlst. Candidate data isn’t used to train AI. shrtlst doesn’t keep Talk audio. It’s sent for transcription, then discarded. You can delete a candidate at any time. Privacy policy details.

Can my team use it?

Yes. Invite colleagues to a shared workspace and choose who can see each candidate. Colleagues get read-only access, and the workspace owner sees team totals, never names.

How do I get in?

We’re letting headhunters in a few at a time, and a founder reviews every request. Request access and we’ll email you when your seat is ready. If a headhunter put you forward, your request goes to the front of the waiting list.
